Meat in mustard cream sauce
500 g meat
1 onion
1 tooth. - Garlic
2 Art. l. mustard
250 ml apple juice
200 ml cream
salt and pepper
watercress salad
Preparation:
Meat (I usually pre-marinated) cut and fry in a mixture of oil and butter, season, add the onion, garlic and fry everything together, add the mustard, pour apple juice and boil to partial evaporation of the liquid, stir in the cream and season to taste. Serve with pasta sprinkled with watercress salad.
