Ham with apple sauce
4 chunk of ham
1 tablespoon of liquid honey
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoons of starch
salt, ground black pepper
600 ml apple juice
2 green apple
25 g butter

Preheat the grill. Scissors make ham slices in a circle cuts at a distance of 2-5 cm, and fry them in the grill for 5-10 minutes on each side.
Mix in a saucepan, honey, vinegar, mustard, starch, salt and pepper. Then gradually add the apple juice and mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Hold it on the heat until thick and clear.
Cut the apple quarters and remove the core. Fry them in oil until golden brown. Put the slices of ham on a plate, pour the sauce and place the apples as a garnish.
