Apple cake with almonds
Ingredients:
200 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
5 Art. l. sugar dough - 100 g of filler and
1 pcs. egg
4 Art. l. butter for the test - and for the filling - 2 tbsp. spoons
1.2 kg apples
3 Art. l. lemon juice
100 g seedless raisins
1 h. l. grated lemon zest
2 Art. l. starch
1 Art. l. honey
2 Art. l. peeled almonds
2 Art. l. milk
Egg mash with sugar. 3.5 tablespoons butter cool, chop with flour, connect with the egg mixture. Knead the dough, put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Split form lubricate the remaining butter and place the dough in it, making high boards.
Apples are clean, remove core, finely chop, pour the lemon juice, put in a saucepan, greased 1.5 tablespoon of oil, add 2 tablespoons sugar, washed raisins, peel and warm up for 10 minutes on medium heat.
Dissolve starch with a little water until smooth, connect with apples, mix, put an even layer over the dough.
The remaining oil rub with 3 tablespoons of sugar and honey, add a plate of almonds, milk, boil and lubricate apples.
Bake the cake in the oven at 200 � C for 45 minutes. Cool and refrigerate for 3 hours.
