Chicken with Apple sauce
300 g chicken
300 ml chicken broth
150 ml water
2 root Pasternak
1 green Apple
1 carrots
1 head onions
3 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. Apple cider vinegar
black pepper
salt
Apple finely chop, chop herbs and vegetables, put in a large pan and fry them gently together for 8 min, pepper and salt.
Pour into a pan of broth and water, bring all to a boil, over medium heat, cook stirring constantly for 10 minutes
Pour cooked mixture into a blender, pour the vinegar, grind it into a puree.
Small chop the chicken, place in a clean pan and add 1 tsp. of olive oil, stirring constantly cook until Browning 3-4 minutes, then pour in the prepared sauce.
Next chicken in Apple sauce stew for another 1-2 min with constant stirring, and served to the table.
