Chicken with soy sprouts
500 g chicken - the flesh
2 Art. l. potato starch
2 Garlic - cloves
50 g green onion
150 g soy sprouts, fresh or canned
4 Art. l. soybean oil
2 Art. l. red wine
6 Art. l. soy sauce
salt and ground black pepper - to taste

Chicken flesh is cut into strips, sprinkle with starch and mix, then fry in hot oil. Remove and allow the oil to drain.
Onions and garlic finely chop. Soy sprouts rinse and let the water drain out. Prepared vegetables saut in remaining oil after frying chicken, stirring constantly, for 5-6 minutes. Pour in the wine and soy sauce, bring to a boil, add salt, pepper and put fried chicken pulp.
Arrange greens dish. Served with boiled noodles post from rice flour.
