Step 6. Thickened mass - it must remain on the blade, remove from heat, stir for another minute until it cools down a bit, then add the rum or brandy and how to mix.

Step 7. Pour the mixture into a plastic container, let it cool down completely, then remove it in the freezer for 6-8 hours. Every half an hour to get it and quickly stir the mixture with a spoon or mixer, so it turned into ice, then the ice cream will be soft and smooth. In total, stir ice cream need at least 5-6 times.
