Roll "Mystery" Yum yum "
4 layer of puff pastry
500 g stuffing "home"
200 g leek
100 g onion (1 medium head)
1 raw egg yolk
2 Art. l. dried peppers
2 tomatoes
1/2 h. l. seasoning "hop-suneli"
ground black pepper
salt
flour for rolling out dough

4 Art. l. olive oil
Roll the dough layer 2 is very thin, pre-sprinkled surface with flour.
Mix the minced meat with egg yolk, add dried pepper, hop-suneli, black pepper and salt.
Fry in 2 tablespoons oil onion, add the minced and lightly simmered.
On the dough put minced with onion, diced tomatoes on top, roll roll.
Grease the baking oil, put the rolls in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. At the end of 5 minutes to grease the beaten egg white.
