Duck in lemon juice
Required Products:
400 g duck fillet
2 Art. l. lemon juice
1 pcs. egg
2 glass vegetable oil
50 g ginger root
2 Art. l. potato starch
1 Art. l. sugar
Salt - to taste
1 glass * Chicken broth
Duck fillet with salt, then cut into cubes, dip in egg mixture with 1 tablespoon of starch and fry in deep fat until golden korochki.Dlya sauce warm broth, mix with sugar, chopped ginger root, lemon juice and salt. The remaining starch dissolve a small amount of cold water, pour a thin stream into the sauce and cook it until thick.
