Duck "ginger"
Required products:
1,5 kg duck - 1 piece
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
100 g leeks
50 g fresh ginger
dry white wine
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 Cayenne pepper - a pinch
1 tsp. starch
5 tbsp. pineapple juice
2 canned pineapple - piece
Divide the duck at 8 portioned pieces. RUB them with salt.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and brown the duck pieces for 10 minutes.
Chop the onion into thin slices. Cut the ginger in half, half of chop sticks, and the other grate.
Saut the onion with ginger, cut into julienne strips in remaining oil. Add the wine, soy sauce, Cayenne pepper and boil for 5 minutes. Put the duck pieces and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Combine sauce with pineapple juice, add the starch and bring to a boil. Add pineapple slices, grated ginger and boil again.
