Duck sauce (2)
Required products:
1 PCs duck
1 onion - head
1 dill - beam
2 tbsp. dry red wine
1/2 glass soy sauce
1 tsp. potato starch
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. curry
1/4 tsp. ginger, pepper
1 nutmeg - a pinch
salt - to taste
Duck fry until Golden brown, put in a roasting pan, breast down, cover with water, add soy sauce, wine, chopped onions and dill, curry, nutmeg,ginger, salt and cook on low heat until tender.For sauce to 3 stakana broth, add the sugar and broth boiled down to half the original volume. Then a thin stream pour diluted with cold water starch and bring the sauce to a boil.
Before serving, slice the duck portions, warm up, put on a dish, pour the sauce and decorate with greens.
