Duck sauce
Required Products:
1 pcs. duck
3 Art. l. soy sauce
2 Art. l. sugar
1 h. l. starch
2 Art. l. rice vodka
2 g Ground cinnamon
2 g ground star anise
1 onions - head
Salt - to taste
dill and parsley
Duck carcass wash and rinse, then lay in utyatnitsu breast side down, completely cover with water, add soy sauce, vodka, salt and cook on low heat for an hour, then turn over and cook for another 30 minut.Gotovuyu remove the duck from the broth, cool and cut into 8 pieces.
