The language of beef with tarragon
For the recipe You will need:
1 kg beef tongue
2 PCs onions
2 PCs carrots
100 g celery
250 g tarragon
100 ml vegetable oil
1.5 tbsp. flour

50 g butter
400 g tomatoes
100 ml wine vinegar
salt and pepper - to taste
Well washed and thoroughly cleaned the language soak in salt water for 12 hours. Then cook down in boiling salted water, adding scalded and chopped tarragon, vinegar and pepper. Ready to remove from broth, cool and remove it from the film. Serve hot, garnished baked small tomatoes.
