Language (Lisani) horseradish
For the recipe You will need:
beef tongue
nitrate
carnation
horseradish
1/3 glass broth
1/2 glass sour cream
salt
flour

Language RUB salt with nitrate and cloves. Kept under a load of 10 days in the basement, periodically pouring their own juice, then wash the language in the water and boil it for 4 hours until tender.
