Beef tongue with tarragon

For this recipe you will need:

1 kg language

2 pcs. onion

2 pcs. carrot

100 g celery

250 g tarragon

100 ml vegetable fat

1.5 Art. l. flour
some flour to choose? we'll show

50 g butter

400 g tomatoes

100 ml wine vinegar

salt, pepper - to taste

Boil and cook the language as specified in the recipe for a language with tomato sauce, adding scalded and chopped tarragon, vinegar and pepper. Serve hot, garnished with baked small tomatoes.
