Beef tongue in Polish
For this recipe you will need:
1 pcs. neat's tongue
1 pcs. pepper
spices, salt, sugar - to taste
1 pcs. onion
oil - for frying
1 h. l. vinegar
1 Art. l. flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1 h. l. raisins
1 Art. l. almonds (chopped)
Boil the language in water with salt, pepper and spices. Remove the skin and put language aside. Fry the finely chopped onion until golden brown and add a pinch of sugar. Stir the flour into the broth and add vinegar to taste. Add the onions, raisins and finely chopped almonds into the broth and stew over low heat, then put the language, close tightly and simmer for half an hour.
