Stuffed red cabbage
Ingredients:
1 pcs. Scotch kale
350 g pork (loin)
125 g boiled ham
1 pcs. egg
1 pcs. egg (yolk)
1 Art. l. ghee
1 Art. l. sour cream
1 Art. l. marinated red peppers
2 Art. l. breading
2 Art. l. sherry
pepper, salt - to taste

250 ml cream
125 ml broth
Blanch the cabbage leaves 8 3 minutes in salted water. Tilt in a colander and rinse with cold water. Brown the meat in melted butter and finely chop.
