Stuffed cabbage in German
Ingredients:
1.5 kg or savoy cabbage
1/2 glass water
1/4 h. l. grated nutmeg
1/2 h. l. ground black pepper
100 g melted butter or vegetable
Salt - to taste
500 g beef (minced)
Cabbage leaves boil in salted water until soft and fold in a colander, then repel or cut the thickened portion of the leaves. Sprinkle nutmeg on each sheet, place molded in the form of sausage stuffing, wrap.
For the filling in minced pour water, season with salt, pepper and whisk well.
Fry the stuffed from all sides in hot oil until golden brown, half-fill with hot water, cover and cook in the oven at medium temperature for 45 minutes.
Sauce, resulting in fire, may be thickened with flour and season with spices.
Serve stuffed with boiled potatoes.
