Hot sandwich with blue cheese, walnuts and apples
Ingredients:
8 white bread - pieces 1 cm thick
200 g the spicy cheese (Camembert, brie, cheese with blue mold)
1/2 glass cream fat content of 33%
1 red Apple - small
walnuts - a handful
parsley - a big bunch
olive oil "extra virgin"
salt
black pepper freshly ground
Parsley and chopped nuts, place in a blender or food processor, grind. Continuing to stir, pour 3 tbsp. of oil to produce a homogeneous mass.
Season with salt and pepper. Cheese whip cream (Camembert and brie, you must cut the crust). The Apple and remove the core and cut into thin slices.
