Dessert "Raffaello" prune
Ingredients:
400 g pitted prunes;
100 g cashews;
50 g peanuts;
1 Art. l. amaretto liqueur;
2 Art. l. coconut shavings;
1 Art. l. vanilla sugar;
Prunes scald, mince. Nuts fry, chop.
Prunes connect with nuts, add vanilla sugar, liqueur and stir.
From the resulting mass sformuyte balls zapaniruyte them in coconut flakes.
Serve chilled dessert.
