Homemade lemon juice

1 l water

1 lemon

? glass sugar

Lemon rinse, squeeze the juice out of it, zest cut.

Water to boil, put the zest and sugar, once again, to bring all to the boil, allow to cool.

In cold water, pour in the lemon juice, stir.

Serve homemade lemon juice chilled.
