Roasted chicken with walnuts

100 g peeled walnuts
1 pcs. egg white
1 Art. l. corn starch
5 g leek sliced
5 g chopped ginger root
1/2 h. l. glyutamat sodium
1/2 pcs. red hot pepper
4 Art. l. vegetable oil
Salt - to taste

Rinse fillets, cut into cubes. Mix with egg white, a pinch of salt, half the norm diluted with a little water starch. Leave on for 30 minutes. Walnuts fry with 1 tablespoon oil.
Fry the sliced chicken in remaining oil for 2-3 minutes. Add wild garlic, ginger, MSG, salt, chopped hot pepper, pour 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. After boiling, enter the rest of the starch diluted with water, roasted nuts. All stir and simmer until thick sauce.
When submitting arrange greens.
