2 pieces of chicken fillet

1 orange

1 tbsp. butter

? tsp. ginger

salt (to taste)



For the sauce:

? glass orange jam

juice of half an orange

1 tsp. potato starch

Chicken recapture and cut in half lengthwise, salt and ginger spice.

To disassemble the orange into slices, peel them from the films.

Several peeled orange slices to put on the fillets and turn their rolls. Bonding rolls skewers, lightly fry in butter, add 0, 5 cups of water and simmer for 20 minutes
