Turkey breast stuffed with dried apricots and pecans
1 kg Turkey breast with bone - 1 piece (about )
1/4 glass bread crumbs
1/2 glass chopped dried apricots
1/4 glass chopped toasted pecans
2 tbsp. Apple juice
1 tbsp. oil
dry powdered rosemary - pinch
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. water
The meat will separate from the bones, in the thickest part of the piece make an incision in the form of a pocket. Mix bread crumbs, dried apricots, nuts, Apple juice, oil, rosemary and garlic salt, then this mixture is put into the prepared pocket and sew the edges with a thick thread. The Turkey is cooked in a closed grill to until the resulting juice is clear. Mix the mustard with water and this mixture grease from time to time the Turkey. Before serve, meat cut into slices.
