Required Products:

300 g lamb (pulp)

300 g beef (pulp)

300 g pork (pulp)

250 g onions - for the marinade - 1 head

1 kg potato



40 g pork fat

1 carrot

6 Carnation - buds

1 bay leaves

1 garlic - clove

salt

ground black pepper

0.5 l dry white wine

All kinds of meat cut into cubes, carrots cleaned - circles.

Meat connect with carrots, onion, laced with clove buds, free clove of garlic and bay leaf. Salt, pepper, pour the wine, cover and leave overnight.

Onion and potato peel and cut into slices. Grease a roasting pan with a thick layer of fat, put half the rate of potatoes and onions, season with salt and pepper. Top with meat, then the rest of the potatoes and onions, season again with salt and pepper.

Marinade strain through a sieve and pour over potatoes. Brazier close the lid, put in the middle of the oven and bake potatoes with meat at 200 � C until ready.
