Roast pork with spices
Required Products:
2.2 kg pork (loin) - pulp
5 h. l. Garlic - 2 heads and crushed
5 Rosemary - branches
15 Art. l. olive oil
1/4 h. l. Clove powder
250 g dry white wine
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Along a piece of pork make an incision depth of 3 sm.Smeshayte Article 8. spoons of olive oil, chopped garlic and a sprig of rosemary, add pepper and cloves. Half of this mixture fill in pork cut, rub the surface of the meat residues, food tie thread and soak in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours.
The meat is then season with salt and fry in the remaining olive oil until golden brown.
Heads of garlic cut across and add them to the meat together with the remaining rosemary. Roast in the oven at 190 C for 3 hours. After 2 hours, pour the wine. Turn the meat several times.
