Red wine jelly
80 g dessert red wine
360 g water
40 g sugar
20 g potato starch
Wine dilute with water, add sugar and bring the mixture to a boil.
Starch dissolve a small amount of cold boiled water, enter into the boiling wine mixture, stir and remove from heat.
When serving, sprinkle with sugar jelly.
