Jelly on serum

1 glass sera

2/5 glass berry juice

2 Art. l. sugar

2 h. l. starch

Stir serum with the juice, add sugar, bring to a boil, boil a little bit.

Starch dissolve in cold water, pour in the boiling mixture, again bring all to a boil.

Before serving jelly on serum poured into glasses or vases, sprinkle with sugar.
