The rosehip jelly
1 glass rose
1 l water
5 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. starch
Rosehips, rinse, fill with hot water, cover and cook for 15 minutes, infuse 6 hours, then strain and add sugar.
To cast the Cup of cold brew and dilute its starch. The rest of the brew to boil, add, stirring, diluted starch, again bring to a boil and cool.
