Mutton in Italian
1 kg lamb
300 g onions
300 g Potato
250 ml water
200 g canned tomatoes
100 g smoked sausage
some sausage to choose? we'll show
2 celery
1 a handful of grated cheese
ground black pepper
salt
Meat wash, cut into medium-sized pieces, peel and coarsely chop the potatoes, chop the celery and tomatoes, cut into thin half rings onion, diced sliced sausage.
Put meat, onions, potatoes, sausage, celery and tomatoes in a pan, add salt, stir, pour a small amount of water, simmer for about 1.5-2 hours on medium heat, covered.
Fed lamb in Italian as follows: expanded on plates, sprinkle with grated cheese.
