Mushroom solyanka
300 g pickled mushrooms
2 pickles
2 pickled mushrooms
1 onions
5 beans bell pepper
30 g Caper
30 g olives
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 Art. l. tomato puree
1 bay leaves
? lemon
1 glass water
salt
Cut the mushrooms into slices, onion finely chop.
Fry onion in vegetable oil, in the end, add tomato puree.
Sliced pickles, connect with onions, mushrooms, pour hot water and add the bay leaves, capers, salt and pepper, cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Before serving in each plate to put a slice of lemon, olives to taste and sprinkle with chopped greens hodgepodge.
