Goulash with sausage
200 g sausage

30 g ghee
1 glass water
2 onions
5 tsp. tomato paste
2 tsp. wheat flour
1 tsp. sugar
fresh vegetables and green onions (for decoration)

Cut the sausage into cubes, chop the onion, fry it in butter, adding the tomato paste.
Add sausage to the onions, fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring, then pour water and bring everything to a boil.
Slightly dry flour, cool it and add a little water, stirring slowly pour the flour mixture into the stew, add sugar, salt, put another 2-3 minutes.
Goulash with sausage can be submitted, garnirovat pasta, fried potatoes or porridge, having fresh vegetables and green onions.
