Baked with cheese sauce duck
600 g roasted duck meat
4 anchovy fillets
4 fresh tomatoes
1 sweet pepper
1 onion
2 Art. l. butter

Sauce:
1 glass poultry broth
1 glass milk
1 egg
1 Art. l. flour
Oven:
100 g cheese
1 yolk
2 Art. l. sour cream
Rings cut peeled peppers and onions, tomatoes cut into slices, put all with 1 tablespoon butter, put on a baking sheet, top with slices of duck, roast in the oven for 10-15 minutes at medium heat.
Sauce: heat the flour, combining it with 1 tablespoon butter, pour broth or milk and boil until thick, cool slightly, then add the egg.
Grated cheese combine with egg yolk and sour cream, sauce and cheese grease each piece of duck, put anchovy fillets.
Next, baked with cheese sauce duck and put in the oven until golden brown preparing at 225 degrees, served with rice, potatoes or pasta.
