Potato kebabs with chicken
250 g potato slices (frozen)
225 g balls mashed potatoes
4 chicken fillet (without skin)
1 sweet red pepper
1 clove garlic
1 a handful fresh thyme, rosemary, mint
1 lemon (juice)
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
pepper, salt
Chicken washed, coarsely chopped, to pass through a garlic press, rinse, Pat dry the greens.
