Savory sandwiches

2 boiled eggs

50 g Caper

50 g gherkins

1 onions

8 Slices of fresh white bread

100 g grated cheese

3 Art. l. mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show

4 Art. l. butter

ground black pepper

Salt (to taste)

Bread fried in butter

Onion cut into small cubes and fry in butter.

Capers, egg and gherkins cut into small cubes. Enter onions and mayonnaise, pepper and salt and mix well.

Prepared mixture put on each slice of bread, sprinkle with cheese and bake.

Before serving sandwiches issue greens.
