Holiday sandwiches with herring "crony"
50 g butter

2 herring fillets boneless
1 small onions
black bread
Cut the bread into slices about 7 mm thick, curly cut crust using molds or glasses, giving pieces of circular or any other shape.
Softened butter, brush each slice of bread
Cut into small cubes herring fillets.
Egg cut into thin circles.
Lay on pieces of bread on a mug of egg and 1-2 slices of fish, place onion rings.
Before serving festive New Year's table sandwiches with herring "crony" drawn greens.
