Canaps holiday with herring and Apple
200 g herring fillet
10 the Borodinsky bread
1 green Apple
2 tbsp. vodka
1 a pinch of sugar
black pepper
Oil:
100 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
1 a small bunch of dill
1 tsp. coriander seed
salt
Herring fillets cut into pieces of 2 cm width.
Vodka mixed with pepper and sugar, sprinkle herring, cover with cling film, put it in 3 hours in the cold.
Oil to soften, leaving at room temperature.
Finely chop the dill, on a dry pan fry the coriander over low heat for about 2-3 minutes, stirring, then grind it in a mortar, mix the coriander and dill butter.
Cut the Apple into 8 slices, cut out the core, each slice cut into thin slices, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Cut each piece of bread into quarters, brush with oil, lay a slice of herring, near Apple.
Before serving on the Christmas table to cool, season festive canaps with herring and Apple pepper.
