Canape with capelin ROE, Apple and herring
100 g capelin caviar in white sauce
100 g herring fillet
2-4 slice bread wheat
1/2 Apple sweet & sour
1/2 head sweet onions
dill
lemon juice
pepper
Cut with cookie cutters canaps, cut with a bread crust.
Thin slices slice the apples, sprinkle apples with lemon juice.
Semirings chop onions.
Spread canape caviar, to put on top of chopped herring, Apple, onion, arrange canapes with caviar capelin, Apple and herring with dill, pepper, serve on the Christmas table as snacks.
