Sandwich festive appetizer with herring oil
200 g herring fillets boneless
100 g butter
50 g red caviar
3 boiled eggs
1 the Borodino bread loaf
1 green sour Apple
1 onions
1 pinch of nutmeg
2 tbsp. sour cream

Herring before cooking soak in tea or milk, cut into small cubes.
Cubes chop the apples and onions.
To connect herring, Apple, onion, sour cream, grind in a blender until smooth.
White with a mixer beat butter.
To connect whipped butter with herring-Apple-onion mass, whisk in a creamy state.
Cut the top of the loaf of bread, cut the bread lengthwise into cakes about 1 cm thick.
Spreading it on bread cakes cooked with cream, to collect back in the loaf.
Wrap the loaf with cling film, put it in 2 hours in the cold.
Cut the loaf crosswise into slices, brush each slice remaining cream.
Before serving Christmas buffet appetizer is made: each sandwich to put on a plate, sprinkle with grated egg yolk, placing the top half of the protein.
