Beetroot soup diet
2,5 l water or broth
3 beet
3 garlic cloves
2 carrots
1 onions
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
dill
salt
Finely chop the peeled onions, beets and carrots, put in a saucepan, pour in water or broth - not the whole, he should just cover the vegetables, put on low heat for half an hour.
Add the tomato paste, vinegar and sugar, continue cooking until cooked beets.
Put the cooked filling in the rest of the broth, bring to a boil, add salt.
Before serving in the beetroot soup diet add chopped dill and garlic.
