450 g mutton flesh
50 g pomegranate seeds
2 Art. l. pomegranate juice
2 Art. l. ghee
1 onions
dill and parsley
ground black pepper
salt
Cut the lamb into small pieces, sprinkle with pepper, salt and strung on wooden sticks, then fry in butter.
5 minutes before end of cooking add the meat onion, sliced rings, and some pomegranate juice, mix well.
Before serving, arrange skewers with pomegranate seeds and herbs, pour the remaining pomegranate juice.
