Liver in pomegranate sauce
1 kg liver
100 g butter

8-10 garnets (or pomegranate juice)

Cleanse the liver and cut it into small slices (1 cm thick), salt and fry in hot skillet with butter.
Crushed pepper pod, cilantro, finely chopped, combine with pomegranate juice, salt and mix well.
Fried liver pour juice.
Before serving, decorate the liver in pomegranate sauce greens.
