Braised chicken with peanut sauce
1 PCs chicken
1 glass walnuts peeled
500 g pomegranate juice
4-5 garlic cloves
1 tbsp. hops suneli
cilantro
salt
ground pepper
Prepared chicken will retrobyte into pieces and simmer until almost cooked in its own juice.
Nuts, garlic, cilantro mince, add spices, 2 cups of boiled water, pomegranate juice, stir and pour over the chicken. Continue braising for 5-10 minutes.
When serving, decorate with parsley and pomegranate seeds.
