4 eggs

4 slices bacon (long)

1 tomato

1 tablespoons chopped parsley

pepper, salt

Dry frying pan over moderate heat the fire, put the bacon, fry until slightly brown shade, remove from the pan and allow to cool.

Chopped tomatoes into small cubes, put in a baking tin (pots, etc.), finely chop the cooled bacon, put the next layer.

Sprinkle with chopped herbs all in each mold to break 2 eggs, pepper and salt.

Cook eggs, baked with tomato and bacon in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 10-15 minutes until tender.
