Potatoes with bacon and garlic

700 g small potatoes

125 g bacon

6 cloves of garlic

4 sprigs of thyme

4 sprigs of parsley

3 Art. l. vegetable oil

salt

Cut the bacon into small slices and potato - circles. Combine potatoes and bacon, add the finely chopped garlic and chopped herbs, mix well.

Put the potatoes and bacon in a baking dish, pour all the oil, bake in the oven for half an hour.

Before serving, arrange a dinner of herbs.
