Roast potatoes boiled
1,5 kg potatoes
150 g onion
270 g bacon
salt
Per 1 kg of potatoes
Potatoes washed with cold water and cook in skins until tender. Cool, clean, and cut into slices.
The bacon into cubes and fry until Golden brown. Bacon, remove from the pan and wetpussy fat lightly fry the chopped onion. Add potatoes and fry all together, stirring occasionally.
After formation in potato crust its salt, add bacon and warm up. Served as a separate dish or as a side dish.
