Potato sticks
500 g potatoes, eggs 1/2
1.5 tablespoon of fat
1 tablespoon potato starch
1 tablespoon butter for watering
Salt to taste

Boiled potatoes in hot mash is mixed with raw eggs, potato starch, and part of the chopped parsley. Prepared mass is cut into thick rolls about 1 cm and a length of 8-10 cm, put in a pan with hot fat and fry until golden in color.
Serve sprinkled with sticks melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.
