Potato dumplings
500 g Potato
2 tablespoons oil
2 eggs
2 a tablespoon of flour and bread crumbs
salt
pepper
Boiled potatoes in their skins are cleaned, mince, add the flour, eggs, salt, pepper and stir well.
Prepared mass is cut in small balls, put in salted water and cook on a light fire for 15 minutes.
Ready dumplings are placed in a pot or saucepan, sprinkle with melted butter, sprinkle with toasted breadcrumbs and put in the oven for a short time to warm up.
