Polish dumplings with cheese
200 g cheese
10 tubers Potato
2 cup flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1 egg
2 tablespoons oils
1 tablespoons crackers
salt
In uniform, boil the potatoes, let cool, peel and mash it, put on a floured surface to connect with sifted flour, add salt, eggs, knead the dough potatoes.
Good grind cheese.
Divide the dough into several pieces, roll each into a roller 3 cm in diameter, cut into slices and give them form circles in the center of each put a spoonful of cheese, zaschipnut edge.
Cook dumplings in Polish with cheese like this: put in boiling water, boil for 5-7 minutes, put in a colander, rinse with hot water, put on a dish.
