Scrambled eggs, cooked in a glass
You will need: 2-3 eggs, 30-45 ml of milk, 10 g butter, salt to taste
Release eggs into a saucepan, add milk, salt and beat up thoroughly. The resulting mass is poured into a glass with thick walls and put in a bowl with warm water. So water does not get in the glass, it does not need to fill up to the brim. Scrambled eggs in a glass cook on a slow fire. Pour some melted butter and serve.
