Scrambled eggs in a rural
You will need: 4 eggs, 4-5 potatoes 1 Cup milk
Pour into a bowl of raw eggs, RUB them with salt, add milk and stir well. The potatoes are peeled, washed, cut into thin slices, lay on a greased baking pan and pour the egg-milk mixture.
Place the pan in preheated oven and bake until tender. Before serving the dish, sprinkle with the chopped herbs.
